Item Condition Requirements: The toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, tags, and accessories. Items must be in resalable condition.
Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, error, or fault on our part.
Refund Processing Time:
Standard Refunds (Non-PayPal): Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
PayPal Refunds: Due to PayPal’s internal processing policies, refunds may take at least 14 days, and in certain regions, up to 30 days as stipulated by local regulations.
Exceptions to Refund Policy:
Final Sale Items: Toys purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance events and marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
Personalized or Customized Items: Toys that have been personalized, customized, or specially ordered (e.g., engraved names, specific color combinations) cannot be returned.
